AIMS OF THE COURSE
To give learners the opportunity to achieve a nationally-recognised Level 3 vocationally-specific qualification in the legal sector.
To give learners the opportunity to develop a range of skills and techniques, personal skills and attitudes essential for successful performance in working life and to allow access to employment opportunities in the legal sector.
The specification is designed to appeal to both full-time learners interested in a career in law, and to those who already have experience of working in the sector.

ASSESSMENT
All BTEC Nationals are internally assessed. Learners can achieve a Pass, Merit or Distinction.
