ASTON MANOR BASKETBALL

Aston Manor Basketball provides the balance between challenging academics and rigorous on-court teaching, instruction and coaching delivered by our outstanding staff, who have had successful team and individual success as well as playing in the Professional Level in Britain and Europe as well as supporting students into Scholarships in the USA.

These programmes compete at the Regional and National level. We have won the Conference Championship and competed in the final four at both National Championship and National Cup Competitions. Our Student Athletes are expected to achieve their greatest potential while emphasising the development of the individual players in preparation for the next chapter of their careers.

We have created an intense deliberate environment that we feel meets the challenges of College Basketball, offering various levels within the programme:

Under 16; Regional, National and Post Graduate Opportunities.

BASKETBALL PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

Major focus on physical and technical development. We coach Offensive and Defensive concepts that are applicable to the modern game. A competitive schedule of Conference and Non-Conference Games. European experience together with year-round training and development, with frequent communication and evaluations for student families.

Aston Manor Academy prides itself on academic performance and university placement so you have access to a support staff inclusive of teachers, university placement advisers and pastoral care that will ensure you are reaching your potential both on and off the court.
